We have two exciting workshops coming up this weekend!
On Saturday, April 9, Lori Lober will be teaching Continental Knitting from 10:30-1:00. Especially useful for two-handed color work, and known for its speediness, continental is worth a try for any knitter! You’ll need worsted weight yarn and size 8 needles. We recommend Lamb’s Pride or Cascade 220.
On Sunday, April 10, Annika will teach the basics of reading a pattern in Deciphering Knitting Patterns, from 11:00–1:30. We hear from many customers that they’d like to branch out in their knitting but are intimidated by the complex-looking directions in knitting patterns. If you don’t have the time to take one of Janet’s classes, this workshop should give you the skills you need to confidently start knitting from patterns.
Our one-day workshop classes are only $45 for 2.5 hours. Sign up ASAP to guarantee your spot! If sign-ups are low, we will cancel no later than Thursday.
