All domestic orders over $75 are shipped free of charge!
If you live in or are visiting the Los Angeles area we offer in-store pickup. When you place your order please select the last option in the drop menu for shipping options and your yarn will be waiting for you at KnitCulture Studio, located at 8118 West 3rd, between the Beverly Center and The Grove. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. We are closed on Mondays.
It is critical that your email is correct on your account information, so that if there is ever a question about your order, we can contact you! Our primary mode of contact will be via email.
Oversize Items: If you are purchasing an oversize item (large books, knitting bags, etc.) which does not fit into the flat rate box, the shipping for that item or items will be calculated and billed separately.
Domestic Shipping
Regular Shipping: We use Priority Mail from the United States Postal Service. Our shipping charges are based on weight, not on the purchase amount.
Expedited Shipping: We offer Federal Express’ Standard Overnight, which is guaranteed by them to arrive the day after it is shipped. Please keep in mind that your order is not shipped the instant you click the order button!
To view the shipping charges for any item or items, place them in the Knitting Bag, click the “checkout” button, and the charges will be automatically calculated. Below is a brief outline of shipping costs and methods.
Sales tax of 8.25 % will be added to all orders shipped to a California address.

International Shipping
All Shipping prices are in US Dollars. - Sorry, there is no free international shipping.
Expedited international shipping is by USPS International Priority Mail, which is estimated to take 6–10 days in transit.
International Shipping is at you’re own risk. Knit Culture cannot be responsible if International Shipments do not arrive. Any Customs and Brokerage fees which apply (and vary by country), are not the responsibility of Knit Culture.
We cannot mark International Shipments as “gifts”, as this is illegal.

Returns & Exchanges
We understand that the color and texture of a yarn can look different on different computer monitors. Therefore, any in stock non-sale yarn may be returned for a full refund within 10 days of receipt.
- The yarn must be in new, truly unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging. Please contact us for return authorization before you mail your yarn back to us, and we will credit the original credit card used to make the purchase.
- We must have prior return authorization before we can accept and process your return!
- Yarn purchased at a discounted price may not be returned or exchanged.
- Non-sale yarn may be exchanged for store credit up to 60 days from date of purchase. Contact us for return authorization before you mail your yarn back to us. Again, the yarn and packaging must be in new, resalable condition. We will issue a store credit when we receive your yarn.
- Special order yarns are not returnable.
- Books, Patterns, Needles, Notions, and sale items are non-returnable.
Sorry, unless we have filled your order incorrectly, we cannot refund shipping charges.
