If you live in or are visiting the los angeles area we offer in-store pickup. When you place your order please select local pick-up from the shipping options and your yarn will be waiting for you at knit culture studio, located at 8118 West 3rd, between the Beverly Center and the Grove. Call us for hours or if you need further information: (323) 655-6487. We are closed on Mondays.

We offer Priority Mail Shipping from the United States Postal Service, which typically takes 4-6 days from the time you place your order.

Coming Soon! -- We will offer Federal Express' Standard Overnight for expedited shipping, which is guaranteed to arrive the day after it is shipped. Please keep in mind that though we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, we are not open every day, and need time to prepare shipments to go out. Therefore, we cannot guarantee orders with expedited shipping selected will be shipped out the same day they are placed.

Orders that qualify for free shipping are sent via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

Sales tax of 8.75 % will be added to all orders shipped to a California address.

All shipping charges are calculated based on weight and delivery address. Once you have added items to your cart, you will be able to see shipping estimates and options based on your zip code.

Insurance is not included in shipping costs and Knitculture.com is not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail. Please contact us if you would like to arrange to pay for insurance.
